前者会让客户顺着我们设计好的谈判路径,把客户引导到我们想要的结果上,业务员是主动角色,跟进不会特别累;后者业务员就像一个传话筒,或者是一个执行者,完全没有话语权,客户说啥就执行啥,会陷入一个很被动的状态。
如果你前期提问做得非常好,客户会愿意跟你聊下去,那么订单或者项目后期就更有希望。
在日常生活中,如果你想让孩子做一件事情,最好的方法不是命令也不是强迫,而是给他设置一些选择题,这些题也是有技巧的,要根据孩子的兴趣来讲,一难一易,那个容易的就是你本身想让他帮忙的事情。
跟客户沟通也可以借鉴这个套路,让客户选择。而不是你替他做决定,平时做梯度报价也是这个原理。
