Blueberry somaclone as experimental material, studied the different cutting substrates, concentration of IBA on the somaclone outside the bottle to take root and the influence of blueberry somaclone hydroponic feasibility of rooting. The results show that the peat and vermiculite mixed 2:1 cutting substrates, somaclone rooting rate is higher, at 72%; IBA concentration of 100 mg/L, the seed took root seedlings grew better than other test concentration, concentration of IBA is 500 mg/L, the somaclone rooting rate than other trials of high concentration is 76.4%; Hydroponics blueberry somaclone can be induced to take root.
