安装opencv

apt install python3 python3-pip
apt install python3-opencv

测试opencv是否安装完成

win下安装

pip install opencv-python -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

conda install pytorch torchvision torchaudio cpuonly
