ATPG Test Pattern Types
Tessent Shell (running Tessent FastScan orTessent TestKompress)generates thefollowing test pattern types:
- Basic Scan
- Used on full-scan design circuitry

- Used to propagate values through non-scan latches and DFFs with limited sequential depth
