3. Windows 安装 tesseract

访问 https://github.com/UB-Mannheim/tesseract/wiki 下载安装文件，下载完成后，双击 .exe 文件进行安装。

安装完成后，将安装路径配置到环境变量 Path 中就可以使用了。

4. Oracle Linux 8 安装 tesseract

sudo dnf install oracle-epel-release-el8
sudo dnf install tesseract-langpack-eng tesseract-langpack-jpn tesseract-ocr-chi-sim
sudo dnf install tesseract tesseract-devel
