PowerShell（PHPStorm terminal with PowerShell）运行git log中文乱码

解决方案：

1）以管理员身份运行PowerShell

2）新建一个针对PowerShell的Pofile文件

New-Item -Path $Profile -ItemType file -Force

　　

3）用记事本打开这个文件

notepad $Profile

　　

4）然后输入并保存退出

$env:LC_ALL='C.UTF-8'

　　

5）重启Powershell或PHPStorm Terminal查看效果
