解决方案：
尝试一：javax.jdo.option.ConnectionURL的值修改为：jdbc:mysql://node1:3306/hive3?createDatabaseIfNotExist=true&useSSL=false&useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8
尝试二：数字密码123456变为"123456"
