一. 回复意见的常识

论文在返修阶段，会收到2-3个审稿人的审稿意见，和副主编的意见（一般主编的意见是几）普遍是大修+小修。

回复时，
首先，要回复主编（EIC）或副主编（AE）的意见；
其次，对自己的所有修改做一个大概解释；
最后，对每一个审稿人的意见，逐条回复解答！！回复的时候进行解释，并写明在原文何处进行了补充修改，标为红色/蓝色/高亮等，并给出原文中修改的部分：
注意事项：

• 逐条回应：每条审稿意见都要单独回应，避免遗漏。
• 礼貌谦逊：始终保持礼貌，感谢审稿人的宝贵意见。
• 具体说明：具体说明修改内容和位置，方便审稿人检查。
• 明确结论：若对某些意见有异议，需详细解释原因，并提供相应证据支持。

二. 回复案例

回复审稿意见时，应当态度谦逊，措辞得当，逻辑清晰，并且对每一条意见都要详细回复。以下是一些常见的审稿意见类型及回复案例：

1. 数据分析问题

审稿意见： The data analysis methods are not detailed enough. It is recommended to include multivariable analysis to validate the results.
（数据分析方法不够详细，建议增加多变量分析来验证结果。）

回复：

Thank you for your valuable feedback on our manuscript. We have revised the Methods section to provide a more detailed description of the data analysis methods. Additionally, we have included a multivariable analysis in the Results section as suggested. Specifically, we used the XXX method, and the results are presented in Table X. This additional analysis further supports our main conclusions.
