首先创建一个maven项目，具体参考maven项目的创建

引入依赖

在pom.xml文件中导入spring的依赖坐标

 <dependency><groupId>org.springframework</groupId><artifactId>spring-context</artifactId><version>5.3.20</version></dependency>

创建核心配置文件

在resource包下面创建beans.xml配置文件，内容如下
