Ubuntu无法创建python venv环境

排查步骤如下

1. `python3 -m venv venv`

he virtual environment was not created successfully because ensurepip is not
available.  On Debian/Ubuntu systems, you need to install the python3-venv
package using the following command.apt install python3.8-venvYou may need to use sudo with that command.  After installing the python3-venv
package, recreate your virtual environment.Failing command: ['/mnt/d/myworkspace/workspace/bdd_demo/venv/bin/python3', '-Im', 'ensurepip', '--upgrade', '--default-pip']

2. `apt install python3.8-venv`

3. `sudo apt install python3.8-venv`
