安装前配置
# mv /usr/bin/scp /usr/bin/scp.orig
# echo "/usr/bin/scp.orig -T \$*" > /usr/bin/scp
# chmod 555 /usr/bin/scp
# cat  /usr/bin/scp
 
安装后还原
mv /usr/bin/scp.orig /usr/bin/scp

mos文档 2555697.1 如果OpenSSH升级到8.x会有这个问题
