Recently, more and more museums areopen to the public free of charge so that they can attract more visitors. However,it has also brought some unexpected problems. Should we carry on the practice? People’sviews vary from one to another.

当下，越来越多的博物馆对公众免费开放，此举吸引了很多游客。然而，他也带来了一些意想不到的问题。我们是否该继续这种行为？人们的观点不尽相同。

Those who are in favor of thepolicy think museums belong to the public services, and free admissions willprovide people, especially those who cannot afford the admission, an access toknowledge. But others might not agree, and they are right in the sense. For onething, their main concern is the objects exhibited may get damaged more easily.For another, it becomes a huge economic burden for museums to run as usualwithout any profits from the visitors.

那些赞成拥护这项政策的人认为：博物馆是一项属于公众的服务，免费开放不但会提供给普通人们获取知识的途径，特别是那些不能负担得起的人，也可以免费获取知识。但是另外一部分人不太同意前面的观点，他们理智的考虑。一方面，他们担心这种做法会让陈列品更容易损伤。另一方面，博物馆免费开放，会给博物馆带来巨大的经济负担。

In my opinion, I am absolutely infavor of this practice. The reason lies in the fact that the government shouldprovide more opportunities for citizens to explore and get access to theknowledge and local culture. Moreover, kids and teenagers can learn moreknowledge through vivid way in museums. I hope all the people can share thesame national treasures in more free museums.

我的观点是这样的，我绝对赞成这项政策。原因在于，政府应该为市民提供更多的机会去探索获取知识，和地方文化。此外，孩子和青少年可以通过博物馆这种生动的方式学到更多知识。我希望在免费开放的博物馆中人们能够分享这份国宝。
