windows nacos安装配置

GitHub下载压缩包

解压目录（注意不要用中文路径）

在mysql先创建数据库nacos，再执行sql脚本

打开/bin 目录，打开cmd
执行

./startup.cmd -m standalone

一定要加 -m standalone 单机模式启动，否则默认是集群启动会报异常无法启动
